Rare one of 1500 New Zealand Carbine in .303 caliber serial number 879. These guns were sent to South Africa to be used in the Boar War. This gun is interesting as it is complete with bolt dust cover that has been supplied by W J Jeffery & Co of 13 Kings Steet London. Clean bore complete with cut off plate and in typical condition for a gun of this age and history.
